After Easter we hard-boiled some eggs. Then we grated some crayons onto a little plate. Then we sprinkled that onto a hot egg and it melted. The egg looked kind of like a candle when it burns and the wax drips down the side. We also colored and painted some of the eggs. I colored one egg to look like a bee. Mommy made a beautiful blue egg that made me think of the sky or the ocean. McCance made a fire-colored egg. I also made a green egg that looked like spring grass.
